With every amazing journey, there is an ending..an ending that comes all too soon. Now that the show has opened my duties have ended, and I will no longer be blogging every day.
This experience has been above and beyond what I ever imagined it would be. The opportunities that I had along with the amazingly talented and gracious people that I met have forever changed my life. The knowledge and skills I have gained will stay with me and undoubtedly shape my future as I continue in this art form.
I couldn’t possibly end this without thanking Ken. This opportunity was truly exceptional, and he was the one who saw the opportunity for it and made it happen. I hope that this can be repeated in the future as it provides such a rewarding experience for the show and the individual. Also a huge thank you to the entire Macbeth team from the Box Office Staff to Alan to the designers to all of Ken’s team. Each person was so welcoming and willing to let me ask excessive amounts of questions, while patiently and honestly answering each of them.
I actually have already started my next journey. I am now working at Jujamcyn Theaters as the Assistant to the President and House Seat Coordinator in Jordan Roth’s office! Jujamcyn is one of the companies where I interned and where I am beyond excited to continue my career in this industry!
Finally, thank YOU for reading my blog every single day, for commenting, or sending the kindest emails, or, my personal favorite, walking up to me and introducing yourself by telling me that you read my blog. Receiving such amazing support and feedback has been a great experience for me and one that I will never forget.
I hope to stay in touch with all of you, and be on the lookout for special blog posts from here on out with exciting information about the show!!
For now, farewell! Until we meet again…
